Loola Loo is a 42 pound/19 kilogram American Labrador Retriever rescued by Falco K9 Academy where she received 3 months of intensive scent detecion training — based on the same exacting canine standards used to train bomb and drug dogs. With six years of field experience Loola Loo is a gem. We know it and she knows it. She won't bragg - so we do it for her.

Ken and Sheree
Ken relies on his Operations Management experience to keep the business on track. His construction experience and eye for detail gives him an edge when looking for bed bug egress points. Sheree hails from a career in administration and project management. These strengths keep the office on track and provides the friendly and knowledgeable voice at the other end of the phone line.
WHY We Are Different
Lilly Loo
Lilly Loo is a 41 pound/18.5 kilogram border collie with a bit of Labrador Retriever and Collie in her family background. She was rescued by FSI K9 where she was trained with the same exacting canine standards as Loola Loo. She joined the Bed Bug Mutts team in October of 2015 and quickly settled into her new family with her new big sister Loola. She is a favourite with our clients and always has something to say.
