We are COMMITTED to our clients. We are here to answer your questions, 7 days a week, from 9 am to 9 pm. If we do not know the answer we will confer with our collection of international bed bug professionals and share their combined expertise. We are all about "spread the word, not the bed bug".
Our INTEGRITY is very important to us. We follow the 'show me the bed bug' protocol, and make every effort to confirm an alert with physical evidence of the presence of bed bugs, such as fecal stains, cast skins, live bed bugs or viable bed bug eggs. We maintain our independence with our non-biased inspection because we offer detection services, not remediation services. Take a peek at what our clients are saying.
We, along with our bed bug sniffers, test our bed bug finding skills annually with recognized third-party certifying agencies - WDDO (World Detector Dog Organization) and NESDCA (National Entomology Scent Detection Canine Association). We also complete 'tune-up' sessions with master trainers, ensuring our ongoing maintenance training is on target, such as Falco K9 Academy, Rock Solid K9 and FSI Canine Academy.
