Bundles: 

Bundled items, when offered, are shipped on a first come, first served basis. Once they are gone, that’s it – they are gone. Back orders are not an option.

Credit Card Processing: 

All prices are in Canadian dollars. Credit card processing may take up to 7 business days (depending on the accuracy of the information given to us by you, our customer). For security reasons, voice confirmation may be required before we can process your credit card. 

Liability Limitation:

Bed Bug Mutts assumes no responsibility whatsoever for the quality of products and acts herein exclusively as a referral service between the distributor, manufacturer and the consumer. Bed Bug Mutts shall not be party to any claim asserted by the consumer against a distributor or manufacturer for quality defects.  In no event shall Bed Bug Mutts be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages.

Order Acceptance:

Bed Bug Mutts reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Bed Bug Mutts reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over $2000.00 (CAD) may require pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. 

Any offer/order for more than 3 units per address, customer or company may be rejected, and all orders are subject to review and acceptance by Bed Bug Mutts. As all prices are subject to change, your order may not be accepted or we may have to communicate price changes or availability issues to you after you place your order.

Out Of Stock Items:

We strive to ensure our inventory meets client demand. Should a product be out of stock due to high demand, an order cannot be created. You may however, contact us with a request for the product, placing your request ahead of all other interested parties once inventory is replenished:

Risk Of Loss:

For all shipments, title to products and risk of loss or damage during shipment passes from Bed Bug Mutts to Customer upon receipt by Customer. Customer will be responsible for all shipping and related charges. 

Security:

Our Stripe shopping cart operates in SSL(secure socket level) mode only. This means the information is encrypted and traffic integrity is intact, ensuring your browser is talking to the correct server. Credit information received during the purchase transaction is transferred via SSL only.

Note: You are assured of the SSL mode by the presence of a closed SSL lock that will appear in the bottom right of your web browser (if you are using Firefox) or in the top URL bar (if you are using Internet Explorer or Chrome).

In addition, Stripe has been audited by PCI (Payment Card Industry) certified auditor, and is accredited with PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available.

Shipping And Handling Rates:

At this time Bed Bug Mutts does not ship outside of Canada. Shipping costs include handling charges and are applied to all orders. Our customer-friendly shipping schedule is calculated on the Shipping Options that you specify:

Regular is approximately 4 to 9 business days to a major city

Rush is approximately 2 to 4 business days to a major city

Urgent takes about 1 to 2 business days to a major city

Note:  destinations outside of major cities may requie additional delivery time. Canada Post is our shipper of choice for majority of deliveries.

Total Time For Delivery:

Total time is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, and the transit time from the carrier. This can range from 24 hours to 10 days for in-stock items.

Note:  Saturday & Sunday deliveries are not available.

Typographical Errors:

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Bed Bug Mutts shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Bed Bug Mutts shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and we must cancel your order due to unforeseen circumstances, Bed Bug Mutts shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the full charge.

Warranty Limitations:

There are no other express warranties or conditions respecting the equipment. Implied warranties, if any, are limited to the duration of the express warranty provided herein.
